Hello
You won't be able to book a parcel delivery or collection here, or get any kind of customer service or value for money. In that respect, this and the actual Parcel2go.com site may have a lot in common.
Some 3 years ago parcel2go provided me with some top notch shit service, and never bothered putting it right for me. As a result I got my knickers in a right old twist and thought I would make a little site documenting how rubbish they were at providing me with, well, anything but a way of taking money from me. This site proved very popular with other people who had experienced similar situations with parcel2go and spread around many forums and sites for all to see.
Parcel2go really didn't like that, so initially got in touch to suggest that I take it down or they would take me to court. Stupid as I am, I would rather boil my ballsack than bow down to a threat from a company who has already pissed me off, so I refused.
Over a few months various conversations were had between me and Anneka at parcel2go about what they could do to make the situation right and get the site taken down. Free parcel deliveries were offered, but to be honest, that wasn't what this site was for - it was in protest at the service I recieved and their lack of interest in making it right.
When the site was due for renewal in Feb 2010 I thought that I had made my point by now and that dragging it out any further would just be a bit silly, so I didn't renew. Also this was nearly 2 years down the line and surely by now they would have improved.
Then......well then I did something stupid. I thought that maybe parcel2go had learned from the experience and got better, they are massive now after all. So I used them to deliver a guitar that I sold on ebay.
That's where things got shit again, and where parcel2go proved how to take a very simple problem and turn it into a massive unsolvable shitstorm.
So guess what? I renewed the domain. And it's now time for another example to show you how that if you use these goons, you may just end up regretting it, and it costing you a lot of money. I'm stupid enough to have done it twice now. I'll probably forget that fire burns at some point and end up putting my face on the barbeque.
Read on, and be warned that parcel2go can fuck up something very simple and turn your life into a shitty ever revolving lack of customer service where you want to punch yourself in the face every day for using them in the first place. Oh, and they can also cost you lots of money, in addition to the cash they took from you in the first place - you know, when you wanted them to just deliver a parcel.
Enjoy. And learn. And be sure to share your stories with them - good or bad. After all, someone out there must have had good service from them otherwise surely they wouldn't still be around?
are now aware of just how terrible customer service can be. Some of them already knew, and care to share their stories in our "your say" section up there on the top of the page. Have a look - it'll make your life not seem so bad.
